Small gathering, Big love for this micro Bar Mitzvah.
As an event planner during these unprecedented times it has been a challenge to celebrate. This family chose to move forward with Micah's Bar Mitzvah adhering to all the health guidelines.
The priority was to book a venue that offered both indoor and outdoor space.
We booked truly one of the most magnificent venues.
Welcome to The Foundry.
We planned the celebration for 11.7.20. It was an absolutely stunning day! The most perfect temperature for guests to enjoy the outdoor courtyard.
Upon arrival, custom designed masks were given to each guest.
We designed the floor plan with an open layout for guests to move freely from the inside to outside. This also provided a healthy atmosphere.
The open floor plan allowed guests to gather for dancing and speeches while still maintaining health guidelines.
In collaboration with Rentquest, Broadway Party Rentals and Denise Fasanello Flowers we designed a concept board to compliment the organic nature of The Foundry.
The color story layered creamy beige and warm grey with pops of aubergine, taupe and greens.
A fabulous celebration deserves a fabulous caterer and so Raging Skillet catered a most delish menu of small plates. Chef Rossi and her team never disappoint.
This staffed rocked it! And every celebration should end with warm cookies and milk!
A Bar Mitzvah is a ritual that symbolizes the religious adulthood of a boy. It is a tradition for family and friends to give speeches. The sentiments shared reflected the immense love that surrounds Micah. Although, it was a more intimate gathering than initially envisioned there was no shortage of love.
